This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We've written it the way we'd want to read it ourselves.
What we collect
When you use Rain Tree, we collect the information you give us — your name, email, IC/FIN, family member details, asset descriptions, and your wishes. We also collect basic site analytics (visits, page views) without identifying you personally.
How we use it
To draft your will, schedule any lawyer review you've chosen, store your documents securely, and email you about your account. Nothing else. We do not sell your data — to anyone, ever.
How we store it
On Singapore-based servers, encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to a small team and audited.
Your rights under PDPA
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account at any time. Email privacy@raintreewills.sg and we'll respond within 30 days, as the PDPA requires.

We use minimal cookies for session management and basic analytics. You'll see a banner on first visit; you can opt out of analytics.
