1. About Rain Tree

Rain Tree Wills is a will-writing platform operated by Rain Tree Wills Pte. Ltd. We are not a law firm. Our software helps you produce a will document. Where you select Plus, Family, or Concierge plans, your document is reviewed by a practising Singapore lawyer engaged through our partner panel.

2. Not legal advice

The information on this site is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice. Where you need legal advice, our lawyer panel provides it through a direct engagement on Plus and above.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for executing your will properly (signing in front of two non-beneficiary witnesses). We provide instructions; the act of signing is yours.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all paid plans. If you haven't signed your will yet, we'll refund you in full. Once a lawyer review has been completed, the refund is reduced by the lawyer's professional fees.

5. Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Rain Tree is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We take our work seriously and do not lightly cap liability — this is standard for software services.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the Singapore courts.
